Fabio Leonini was born in the French-speaking part of Switzerland - on the other side of the Röstigraben - as the son of a mother from Zurich and an Italian father. Realizing he would never become a commercial airline pilot, he started studying law at the University of Geneva. Subsequently, he partially completed his master's degree at the University of Zurich. After finishing his studies, he received his legal license in Geneva in 2014. He began his legal career at Chabrier Avocats AG in 2015, where he was part of the litigation team. Fabio Leonini also worked as an assistant public prosecutor in the field of economic crime. Finally, he worked in a small law firm in Zurich, where he primarily focused on commercial law, but also engaged in litigation.
