With over a decade of experience in Private and Investment Banking, including M&A and relationship management, Larissa brings a wealth of expertise in navigating complex financial and business landscapes. Her career in the financial sector was shaped by major systemic events, including the indictment of numerous Swiss banks and bankers and the German tax-leak investigations. These high-pressure environments deepened her understanding of risk management, compliance, and resilience.
Beyond her professional exposure, Larissa’s expertise in crisis management is also rooted in profound personal experience. Having navigated a life-changing personal crisis that challenged her legally, financially, and socially, she developed a deep, embodied understanding of how individuals and leaders operate under extreme pressure. This journey, combined with her Executive Coaching degree, enables her to support clients not only strategically, but also psychologically and emotionally, with clarity, empathy, and strength.
Her academic background in Business Administration, with a focus on Entrepreneurship, led her to transition from corporate banking into the restructuring and scaling of a successful SME. In this role, she developed innovative solutions for freelancers, providing social security coverage, insurance protection, and digital tools for invoicing and payroll, and introduced a pioneering employment-contract model tailored to Swiss SMEs.
Working internationally further strengthened her strategic capabilities. She supports private clients and executives in business planning, legal and financial structuring, and the transformation of ideas into sustainable ventures.
