As a child, Dr. Martin Eisenring enjoyed painting and had a fondness for everything creative. When drawing, he lost track of time and was completely in the moment. He began to dream of becoming an artist one day. However, he did not dare to pursue this path, as he feared it would not provide enough to support a family. Moreover, as he grew older, Dr. Martin Eisenring began to take more interest in the world around him and wanted to pursue a career that would allow him to make a difference and have a positive impact on society. He discovered that law and justice are important parts of our society. Since 2001, Dr. Martin Eisenring has been working as a lawyer and notary. His professional career began as General Counsel at an investment foundation for sustainable assets in Geneva. Subsequently, he worked as a partner and branch manager of a large Swiss commercial law firm, for which he established the Zug location. For many years, he also served as a part-time parliamentarian in local politics. In 2018, he had the opportunity to gain experience at a well-known law firm in Silicon Valley. After returning to Switzerland, in addition to his previous work in contract, corporate, and foundation law, he increasingly advised companies in the fields of FinTech and blockchain. As these are new legal areas, they require not only analytical skills but also clear and open communication, and especially creative thinking.
